Customer Rating: Summary: Great in Water Aerobics Comment: I teach "deep water" Water Aerobics. Both me and my students just love these. We start each class with 15 minutes of finning and they have all seen a noticeable improvement in strength and toning, not to mention reduction on waist, hip and upper leg size. Probably will not do business with them again.
Zoomers are the best designed high speed training fin available. The RED fin is stiffer and requires more force to make it work. The BLUE fin is slightly softer and is designed for continuous use at lower force.
